It is built in a 1.333 m2 plot with a garden with a lawn, trees and palm trees, a 14x7 swimming pool and a large 35 m2 garage built under the house. The house is 150m from the sea, 1000m. from Calafat Marina, 200m. from Cala Llobeta and 500m. from the beach Cala Calafaté.
