This modern, four bedroom townhouse is located in the newly built complex of Evergreen Homes in El Chaparral. The secure gated complex offers a communal pool. El Chaparral Golf & country club is less than 1km away and the nearest beach is just 550m away. The house benefits from a parking space, electric shutters in the lounge & bedrooms, free WIFI and hot and cold vented aircon throughout.
This tastefully furnished house is arranged over two levels and benefits from a large open plan living space on the lower level. The kitchen is well equipped, including a kitchen island with breakfast bar and stools. The dining area will seat up to eight people and the lounge area is furnished with a sofa, chair and a 55" smart TV. Access the covered terrace and garden from the living room to find a further dining seating area, a gas BBQ and an Astroturf lawn. From here you can enjoy the sea views. One of the guest bedrooms is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a king size bed and fitted wardrobes. There is also a guest shower room located just next to this bedroom.
Head up the stairs to find to access the further three bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a super king size bed, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. The shower room is fitted with a walk in shower, with a rainfall and lower shower fittings, plus double sinks. The master bedroom also benefits from a private terrace. Take in the sea views as you relax on the sun loungers or the hanging chair. One of the guest bedrooms on this floor is furnished with a king size bed, while the other bedroom offers twin beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and access to a guest shower room.
Our office is located in the nearby town of La Cala de Mijas and we are available should the guests need our assistance. El Chaparral is perfectly located to offer the best of all worlds on the Costa del Sol beach, golf and all the local amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and shops which are all within a few minutes drive. If golf is your passion, the lovely El Chaparral Golf Course is on your doorstep with its fantastic Club House facilities. Head west and you and in a few minutes, you arrive at the lovely coastal town of La Cala de Mijas. This quaint village is bustling with fantastic beaches, restaurants, shops and activities for all the family and inland La Cala offers more many great golf courses set in the wonderful, natural hills. Head east and in 3 km you come to the larger town of Fuengirola brimming with nightlife, shops, restaurants bars and an indoor market. From here you can take the train right into the city of Malaga, where you can spend a whole day taking in the culture, cuisine and cool sightseeing of this historic city.
