Sea-Side Holiday villa ideal for families or a group of friends. Enjoy lounging and dining in the seafront garden and beach, or the wonderful choice of community swimming pools and gardens.
This recently refurbished and equipped 4 bedroom two storey villa is situated in a heritage community as the houses are of typical Andalusian character, also there is a wood burner in the lounge for winter rentals, but the wood is an extra cost depending on the length of the stay.
There is a small bay just to the right of the house which continues round on to the stretch of beach leading towards Bahia de Casares and other communities and some beach bars, great for long walks and exploring.
The Ground Floor has a roomy entrance hall with w.c. leading to a large nicely appointed dinning/lounge area opening onto the garden facing the sea. This has sun loungers table & chairs.
The villa has a dedicated ADSL/Broad Band WiFi connection available, at €15 per week.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer etc, all utensils crocks and pots plenty of good glasses and plates.
Also opening on to the garden is the Double bedroom (Double bed 200 x 180) with fitted wardrobes.
There is a large shower/wc room. All the ground floor has wheelchair access.
The Upper Floor has three bedrooms one with a double bed and sea view. one with 3 single beds with sea view and a twin with view to mountains. Plus one shower/w.c. room with double basins and bidet.
The beds will be made up with fresh linen, towels are provided.
The nearby village of Estepona still retains its Spanish charm with its many little tapas bars and restaurants. There are the remains of a roman castle and a wonderful promenade along the beach front with play areas plus adult exercise areas, lots of beach bars with a variety of menus including fresh sardines cooked over an open fire on the beach, also during the summer months in the evenings there are flamenco shows put on free for the populace by local dance academies.
There is wheelchair access throughout the village but please consult with us if you have any special needs.
A car is essential, there are a couple of nearby supermarkets/restaurants and there are lots of short and interesting day trips, i.e. Gibraltar, Casares aqua parks and much more.
