There is a communal pool, with wonderful surroundings and beautifully maintained gardens with fountains. Casa Fuentes lies at the second and top floor and has two terraces with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and sea.
Casa Fuentes has 2 bedrooms both with double beds and 2 bathrooms a fully equipped kitchen, nice dining area and spacious living room with patio doors onto the terrace.
All facilities are catered for: Full satellite TV, Radio mp3 player with iPod docking station, DVD player, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, air-conditioning and heating throughout.
Casa Fuentes is in walking distance to local restaurants and tennis courts also Moraira centre and the beach is only 2.5 kilometers away. That makes it an easy distance walking or by bike, which are provided.
Moraira is a beautiful place with a variety of landscapes, sandy beaches and lovely mountain scenery. It is one of the most beautifull locations along the Costa Blanca to holiday.
In the town itself you can find nice bars and restaurants as well as several shops for your enjoyment.
Market day is an event in itself and is held every Friday on the main car park. It offers a combination of a produce,clothes, shoes etc. With its many bargains it is an experience that shouldn't be missed.
The two nearest town’s sea towns are, Javea and Calpe at only 20 mins drive away. Other places of interest that are not far inland are the Jalon Valley and fabulous seaview restaurant found just over the mountain in Benitachell's Cumbre del Sol.
There is the beautiful historic village of Guadelest set in the mountains and the Waterfalls at Callosa witch with its great history is a well worth visit.

|Anmerkungen:||The reservation deposit is 200 Euros. For longer than two weeks rentals, the reservation deposit is 20% of the rental price. The full balance is payable no later than 5 weeks prior to the date of the rental. Bookings made within 5 weeks of the commencement date require full payment with the booking form.
In addition to the reservation a security deposit of 200 Euros will be charged with the final payment to cover breakages or damage to the premises and/or its contents, missing items or cleaning costs (i.e. stains or spills to the furniture) other than those normally incurred in connection with the occupation of the premises. The security deposit is return within 2 weeks of your return after the Property Manager has inspected the property and made sure that no damage has occurred.
