Al Andalus Thalassa is a private,gated development with CCTV,tree lined walkways and water features. There are 2 large pools and 2 childrens splash pools in the gardens. In the spa there is a heated indoor pool,jacuzzi,sauna, steam room and exercise area.There is tennis court, padel and a childrens play This ground floor apartment is newly built to a high standard with aircon/heating and large private garden. The comfortable living area has flat screen tv, CD and DVD- with dvd library. Wi fi is available through the community site at the spa area. There is a double bedroom with ensuite and a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds - both have large fitted wardrobes. The dining table seats 4 and there is a fully equipped kitchen in this self catering apartment.Another bathroom has shower and wc.
There is table and chairs on the terrace for alfresco dining. Have breakfast sitting in the sun every morning.
There is a covered parking space for your private use.
It is 5 minutes drive from a blue flag beach which stretches for 8kms and very close to 3 top class 18 hole golf courses. There is a water park and go kart track 5 minutes away. Also a supermarket. It is close to both Almeria and Murcia airports.
There are numerous restaurants and bars nearby to suit everyones budget.
Vera town has a beautiful old square and bullring. It is typically spanish with a bustling local market.
The fishing village of Garrucha is 5kms away. It has a lovely beach and tree-lined promenade. It is famous for its seafood restaurants serving fish caught by local fishermen.
The village of Mojacar sits atop a mountain overlooking the sea. It is a "must see" with narrow cobbled streets and many restaurants. Mojacar Playa is a beautiful long stretch of sandy beach. This is a lively area with many bars, restaurants and shops.
Mini Hollywoodis a nearby feature park based on actual sets from Hollywood spaghetti westerns.
Granada is around 2 hours away.

I accept bank transfers in Euro or sterling. Also UK Sterling cheque.
I also accept credit cards and PayPal. Prices will be in £ sterling and there will be a 3% additional cost added.
A non-refundable deposit of 75 Euro/pound is required on booking the apartment. The balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
I also require a 200 Euro/£200 deposit in case of damage/loss of keys,returned after the apartment has been checked.
