O.K. You've seen tens or hundreds of apartments and are still undecided. We can offer you a very different style of vacation accommodation.
Besides a glorious setting, we can tell you where you can visit a castle with a small village built within the walls; a charming, privately owned zoo in the country, great little tapas restaurants at comparatively low prices, would you like your choice of paella for only 10e per person with enough take-home for another meal;
fancy a trip to Tangiers but are a little worried about being on the "dark continent" - we can organise a trusted expert guide for you. We can book restaurants, taxis and help with places to see and what (to us) is a waste of time. We are available 9am - 7pm most days and live in the 4th apartment in Villa Tranquilla.

You may be considering a flight to Costa del Sol (Malaga, Gibraltar, Jerez, Seville Airports) to stay in a 1 bed 2 bed or 3 bed holiday vacation apartment flat condo rental holiday rent self catering let with great sea views in Marbella or Puerto Banus, but have you ever considered the slightly quieter; less touristy; charming; less expensive, quaint 500 year-old seaside town of ESTEPONA, just 20 mins away for a holiday rental?
We scoured the coast from Nerja to Tarifa searching for a town/area where we would feel comfortable living. Ideally very Spanish, good weather, shops & eateries and no Union Jacks & Fish & Chips. Estepona was ideal and we have lived here happily for 14 years. We feel very confident that you will be more than happy spending your holiday in this lovely, not particularly well known location.
We have 1 & 2 bedroom holiday apartments in Estepona and perhaps the finest & cleanest Estepona holiday rental properties available including two 2 bedroom flats with beautiful sea views & lots of private terraces.
Villa Tranquilla is a magnificent house which was the subject of extensive restoration and conversion to provide 4 luxury apartments (one of which we/the owners occupy) and all with Sea Views. Quietly located in a residential street, the villa provides 1x1 bed and 2x2 bed apartments. This description relates to the smaller of the 2 bedroom units, the "Fountain Apartment"
(The larger 2 bed unit is 106 sq mtrs and can sleep 5 people. Ask us for more details.)
All bedrooms have their own bath/shower room. Each apartment has own Terrace and gas barbeque and is always presented in pristine condition. (Everything is so spotless, we even have a white Dalmatian!!!)- joke
THE FOUNTAIN APARTMENT.
A delightful corner apartment south & west facing with terrific sea view. Main bedroom with two single beds that can be zipped to King size; fitted wardrobes and shower-room en suite. Second smaller bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobe & shower room opposite. Both have direct access to large private terrace. Living/dining room with open plan kitchen area including same facilities as Pool apt. (see id 350) Large "L" shaped private Terrace with Spanish fountain. Weekly rental from 499e approx. We also have a very large 2 bedroom holiday apartment flat in this Estepona villa.
The Villa is set in a half acre plot with some fruit trees, Washington palms, cacti and flowers, swimming pool (HEATED Oct - Apr) OPTIONAL extra charge of 70e/week/apt., table tennis, peaceful Viewing Area, free parking, an entertainment section (TV with limited choice of English / German / French / Spanish channels; CDs, and there is a free-to-use selection of over 450 films etc. on dvd or vhs. and a selection of English & German books. Communal washing machine in garage. Equipped to a "home-away-from-home" standard Only 10-15 mins walk from local restaurants, 2 supermarkets, beach and modern 5* hotel.
NEW :- We now offer Free wi-fi for 24/7 usage. Your lap-top/tablet/other device will require a wireless card.
We provide fresh linen/towels each week. Cleaning of your apartment can also be arranged at an extra cost. Owners live on site and ensure the smooth and comfortable running of this unique and very special holiday home as well as being able to offer advice and suggestions on local facilities. For your safety, each apartment has a smoke detector(s), fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector/alarm.
Enjoy the freedom of self-catering with some of the benefits of a small boutique-style hotel. The uncommercialised, typically Spanish town of Estepona and the delightful Port area are a 5-10 minute car/taxi ride away.
Estepona and Valle Romano golf courses are close by. There are about 12 more within a 20 minute drive including Finca Cortesin & Valderama.
Marbella; Puerto Banus & Gibraltar are less than 30 mins. Ronda; Cadiz; Seville; Granada; Jerez; Malaga & Cordoba are all wonderful and worth visiting, but are between 75 - 130 mins drive.
