Comfortable home with a good size pool including pool area for fun with the kids. Spacious home with enough appliances and air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Situated in a peaceful residential area close to the town and beach. The home / Esme form Matinina Holiday Rentals lived up to our expectations and we would recommend to other potential holiday makers.

We had a lovely relaxing 2 weeks at Villa Jules, the villa was clean, well equipped and comfortable and had a lovely big pool to cool down in. Esme was so kind and helpful and very quickly answered any queries we had. Moraira is a lovely town, not too big but lots of bars and restaurants to choose from, we would definitely recommend the villa and the area.

Lovely villa in a peaceful location. Short pleasant walk in to Moraira. If you don’t want to walk back a taxi is only 6 Euro. Inside the villa was very clean and comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms also very clean and spacious. Outside upstairs terrace is great for eating outside and gets the sun all day. The pool area is very big with plenty of room for sun loungers etc. and gets sun all day. The sun loungers are the most comfortable I’ve ever had. Everything provided is of top quality. We found the property manager Esme to be very helpful and always on hand to answer any queries. I can highly recommend villa Jules and I have booked to return again next year.
