The villa and location were excellent for our needs. The house was clean and we had enough space for 30 people, the pool is bigger than what you see on the photos. We can definitely recommend this place!

Perfect place for a large group, the villa was ideal for us, we enjoyed the pool and tenis court! I would recommend this place to everyone

There were parts of this property that were good - the outdoor eating area was well equipped as was the pool and it was well maintained. There were frustrations in the house, a leaking pipe, a shower that didn’t function other than a downpour, and several window shades that would not go up or down. The biggest drawback was not the fault of the property or it’s owner/manager, but one if location. There is a big rural feed lot in the adjacent field and the smell of effluent and ensuing flies meant that there were at least three days in our week where it was unbearable to sit outside. Apart from that, a bit of general maintenance could improve the property immensely. The property is in a good location for access to Girona - 15 minutes and the Costa Brava - 25 minutes.

Thank you for your comment. As soon as the guests had let us know about the technical issues in the house our maintenance technician came to the Villa and repaired all misfunction. From that day on, we did not receive further calls from the guests. In regards to the smells of effluent from the surrounding area, the guests did not let us know. The Villa is in between the outskirts of the town and a rural area. If the guests had let us know about this issue, which is out of our control, we would have asked the farmer to stop it. We think the guests could have been more communicative. This way they would have taken advantage of the Villa as other guests have. Cris Brenner / Joseph Verdaguer

Amazing Christmas holidays in Spain with our group of 12 adults and 8 children, great location with very good connections to the charming Costa Brava, Girona and Barcelona. You will find in the house you could wish for. Beautiful furnishings, plenty of space for everybody to feel relaxed .All very comfortable and clean. The owner, Ms Carme, and his maintenance staff were always on hand when we asked for any query. They were very helpful and friendly. We strongly recommend that property for large groups. Petur G.
