This bright and sunny townhouse, just a stones throw from the beach, has been refurnished and modernised recently.
It is new to the rental market. Situated in a priveleged location, with all amenities in the vicinity. There is no need for a car, everything is within walking distance.
It looks south east so enjoys the morning sun on the front of the house and the afternoon sun to the rear. On entering the property, there is small garden, where you can sit in the sun or the children can play safely. There is a garden table and chairs. On the ground floor is the dining room and living room, large and spacious. There is a flat screen tv, dvd and wifi. To the rear of the house is a modern, well equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences. Just beyond this is small patio and a small toilet that houses the washing machine.
Up one flight of stairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom with a large enclosed shower. The bedroom to the rear has a queen size bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a small private balcony which is very sunny in the afternoon. The bedroom to the front, and has a private terrace to the front, with views to the sea. This bedroom has been reshaped and is open plan. This is very important as it has no door between the room and the second flight of stairs. It would lack privacy for an adult couple but would be perfect for children or teenagers. It has 2 single beds and plenty of wardrobe space.
Up the next fluight of stairs leading off this room you will find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has 2 single beds and wardrobe space. There is another bed for a 9th person that is folded away when not in use. The bathroom has a half size bath with shower panels.
The house is very bright and spacious and has been furnished, decorated and equipped with good taste.
The communal gardens, just around the corner, are open all year. They are beautifully kept by a very dedicated gardener. There are fountains and tropical flowers, bushes, and trees. This is where the swimming pool is situated. It has a shallow area for non swimmers and little children. In summer months, a life guard is present. The pool is also open all year but is UNHEATED and therefore very very cold from November to mid April or so.
Just outside the complex is a lovely park with play areas for children, an open air bar where you can sit and watch them play. There are exercise machines, chess tables and a skating area too.
The beach is just across the road, across the parking lot. Parking is free of charge, and there are generally pleany of spaces...minus on Sundays because a street market is held in the next street and in July and August. It is very difficult to find a space in these months due to the amount of tourists visiting. You must be very patientIt's approximately 25 metres away- a 1 minute walk.
The centre of town is a 10 minute walk, 15 minute stroll along the promenade.
There is a beautiful and peaceful riverside park. It's a nice place to go and walk or relax. There are exterior table tennis tables, exercise apparatus and pedaloes. It is just a minute from the house.
All amenities are within short walking distance. The Myramar shopping mall is a 5-6 minute walk away and we have a bakery, minimarket, video shop, internet cafe, bars and restaurants less than 4 minutes walk away.
The location of this property makes it desirable to different groups of people of all ages. There is no need for a car as you have everything on hand.
Leisure activities are plentiful. On the west side of central Fuengirola, where the property is situated, you have a water park, the award winning zoo, the castle that frequently serves as a venue in the summer months for concerts and festivals. The beaches are wide and sandy with all amenities you'd expect of a tourist destiny.
There is soooo much to see in the surrounding villages and towns too. A theme park, a safari park, open top bus tours, donkey rides and the list is never ending. Full tourist information is kept at the property.
