* Beaches are 35 minutes drive and pretty mountain villages just 20 minutes from the house with artisan ice-cream and chocolate shops and family restaurants

BABIES

* We don’t charge for up to 2 babies under the age of 2, sleeping in a cot

* We provide two travel cots, two high chairs and a baby monitor; a food blender and microwave; plastic bowls and baby spoons; potty and baby bath

* Please ask if you need additional cots, high chairs or other items and, with notice, we may be able to supply them

GETTING AROUND

* We recommend hiring a car to get the most from your stay but car-free holidays have been enjoyed by guests and airport transfers can normally be arranged

* The bus stop for Granada and Lanjaron is 10 minutes’ walk from the house

* Órgiva is a 20/25 minute walk – down a steep-ish goat track and then quiet back lanes. It may not be suitable for the less mobile and best walked during the cooler parts of the day in high-summer

JASMINE is included in bookings of more than 13 and 14 people and can be rented by groups of 12 or less for £200 per week. It is never rented independently of the main house.

* THE OWNERS live in a neighboring property with their own private gardens, terraces and driveway – they will greet you on arrival and are discretely on hand if required
