This 2 bedroom semi detached bungalow (the other semi is hardly ever occupied in July and August as the resident moves to the UK) is located on “Los Almendros” a small, very well managed and maintained community. It is a 3 minute drive to Moraira beach car park (or a 15 minute walk via a gentle slope), and all the shops, restaurants and bars of the town. The front terrace looks across to the beautiful communal pool , lawns and palm trees. The fully enclosed rear has another, larger, terrace with dining table and chairs that now benefit from a great new sun blind. The fully enclosed garden of flowers, shrubs and trees is set within a spacious "patio" of crazy paving.
The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dish washer, gas hob with extract, electric oven, fridge and toaster and opens via a single arch to a dining area which in turn opens out via a larger arch to the sitting area, (with air conditioning unit), which has radio, TV (English and Spanish), a DVD player and fireplace. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with the main bedroom having a fully equipped and fully tiled ensuite shower room. There is an air conditioning/heating unit in each bedroom and in addition a ceiling fan in the main bedroom. The second bedroom is twin bedded while the main bedroom has a double bed. The family bathroom (bath with shower accessories) has been refurbished and is also fully tiled.
There are terraces to front and rear with terrace furniture, a large retractable awning to the rear terrace and a car port to the side. All windows and doors have security grilles and outside lighting. There is a portable barbeque.
Within a short distance of the bungalow is one of the most attractive communal pools in Moraira which has a demarcated shallow end for children and is surrounded by delightful lawns and other soft and hard landscaping.
