The main advantage of this property is its location, it is in a completely quiet environment but Playamar center, 1 minute from the beach. Features extensive community service (50-meter pool and over 4,500 square meters of gardens) for a population of quite small neighbors. The apartment is completely renovated and has a modern, comfortable and functional style.
The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, hob, microwave oven, coffee maker Nespresso, washing machine, central air conditioner, heating, satellite TV and wi-fi. The living room has a large and comfortable sofa bed for two people. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom. Includes private parking, large swimming pool and a lovely garden where you can hear the birds singing in the morning and evening.
The apartment is part of a quiet, well established community. There is a large supermarket nearby, banks and all amenities. There are also gift shops in the area.
The apartment has a superb location in the vicinity of the beaches of El Bajondillo, in the beginning of Torremolinos. It is accessible by car, taxi, train or bus as the communication network in the environment is unbeatable .The area also offers the possibility to rent bicycles, practice water sports like surfing or Kite or enjoy recreational facilities for children with playgrounds, basketball camps, mini-basketball and mini golf. Guadalmar golf course is located just 3 km from the apartment.
Along the promenade, one minute walking from the apartment, there are many restaurants and 'chiringuitos' where you can enjoy typical local cuisine such as 'espetos' (grilled sardines), gazpacho or paella. There are also snack bars and several British and Irish bars as well as a wide variety of international restaurants (Chinese, steakhouses, pizzerias, Vietnamese and Thai). Along the promenade there are numerous pubs stylish 'chill out' to open both at night and during the day.
The apartment is very well connected, there is a train stop a few minutes walking which connects the area with Málaga and Fuengirola. The bus is even closer and there is a taxi rank 200 meters away.
Playamar is 6km from Malaga airport and has easy access to the main highway.
