We had a super holiday thanks in no small part to the kindness of Robin and Maria. We visited during the 'Lucifer' heatwave and it was hot to put it mildly. Robin and Maria did everything they could to ensure our comfort. The little house has everything you need, and the pool area and views are gorgeous. The village shops sell a remarkable range of things and bigger ones are easily accessible along with a range of restaurants from simple to quite posh if you don't fancy cooking. Highly recommended.

Some Like it Hot but not perhaps quite that hot! Anyway we are happy you had a good time and that you enjoyed our casita and the swimming pool and views. Do come again when we will try and turn the temperature down a little bit! Kind regards Robin and Maria

I can't recommend this highly enough. Beautiful scenery, great pool, perfect for our teenage boys. Robin and Maria were fantastic, caring hosts. It was a pleasure to meet you both and thank you so much for looking after us so well.

We managed to pick the worst May weather in Andalucia for 50 years - Cold wet and windy EVERY DAY of our 10 day stay. This lovely little property and its delightful attentive and cheerful owners made what could have been a disaster into a lovely holiday. The charming house, cleanliness, attention to detail and instant attention to the most minor comments ( NOT complaints as we could find nothing to complain about!) were exceptional. Veterans of over 30 years of holiday rentals all over Europe we would rate this among the best.WELL DONE Robin and Maria

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in El Balcon de Olivar. De eigenaren zijn zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. Om reden dat de avonden/nachten behoorlijk fris waren kregen we hout om de houtkachel te stoken, erg aangenaam. Als bij verwarming was er een elektrische en bijzet gaskachel die we overgens niet gebruikt hebben. Wij hebben Granada, Antequera en Cordoba bezocht alles ongeveer in 60 autominuten te bereiken. Locatie van de woning is heerlijk rustig tussen duizenden Olijfbomen. Zwembad hebben niet gebruikt, het is onverwarmd en de temperatuur voor ons te koud😌
