Modern, sunny kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, extractor fan, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped for 9 persons. Breakfast bar with stunning sea views. The kitchen opens onto outside terrace.
Living Rooms:
Large living space with access to terrace. Seating for up to 9 people, Panasonic flat screen TV with Freeview Satellite, and DVD/CD player. The Dining room has a large table to seat 9 people.
Other:
Games room with pool table and PS3 with games and 2 remote controllers connected to it's own 42" wall mounted flat screen TV. WiFi is free.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Towels and linen are provided and changed weekly but we ask you to bring pool/beach towels. End of stay cleaning is included in the price. If you require additional cleaning during your stay we can provide cleaners/maid for you at a very reasonable rate.
Coast/Beach: The villa is ideally set within easy reach of a number of beaches, the nearest being a 5 minute drive by car. There are further beach resorts all along the coast line, Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Cabopino, Marbella and of course the renowned Marina at Puerto Banus.
Golf: 18 hole, par 72 Torrequebrada Golf course is a 10 minute drive away. Benalmadena 9 hole par 3 golf course and driving range is also a 5 minute drive away. There are several golf courses including Valderrama, Sotogrande, Alhaurin golf with its 27 holes, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, La Cala, Mijas and San Roque to name just a few that are within an easy drive.
Skiing: For those who wish to ski the Sierra Nevada with it's snow topped mountains is approximately 1.45 hours away by car.
How to get there: The villa is easily reached via taxi or car from Malaga Airport which is a 20 minute drive. Car hire is recommended. Taxis here are very reasonably priced.
Distances: Distance to the Pueblo and the beach is approximately 1.5km. Both the mountain village of Mijas and the resort of Fuengirola are approximately 7km away, Malaga Airport is 21km away and Marbella is 35km away.
Further Details: The old Spanish village of Benalmadena Pueblo still retains its old world charm with many tapas bars, restaurants, a supermarket, banks, chemist, hairdressers, bakery and newsagents or you could just stroll through the whitewashed streets and wander around the village church. This is the real Spain and probably one of the best locations on the Costa del Sol to enjoy a peaceful and tranquil holiday but within easy reach of all the other holiday facilities which include Tivoli World, cable car, horse riding, aquarium sea life, Selwo Marina, snake farm, and Aquaparks at Torremolinos and Fuengirola. Puerto Marina is best known for its nautical sports facilities and cruises, and is open to everyone to visit during the day, with plenty of restaurants and night-life.

Superb luxury 4 bedroom villa half way between Benalmadena Costa and the Pueblo (Benalmadena old town) David, the owner was excellent in both the enquiry, booking and arrival arrangements. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure everything was provided for our holiday from 29th April to 6th May 2018. We travelled with my 18 month old grandson, and David ensured we had a new travel cot and a new high chair - both were perfect and greatly appreciated. Casa Azura superceded our expectations. It was immaculate and extremely well furnished to accommodate all of our needs. There were x 6 Adults and the baby and the property is spread over three floors, so loads oF space in addition to the 4 bedrooms. The private pool, sunbeds and sunbathing area, with patio set, sunshade and barbeque are everything that you will need for a relaxing holiday in the sun. The Games Room is a bonus, with junior pool table, books and games to keep adulls and children occupied. In the Lounge - British TV broadcasts which was one of our pre-requisite booking factors. The 1st floor Dining are is special, with enough seating for x 8, shade and outdoor space for sunbathing with a superb sea view. Quiet, private holiday living in a great location enabling guests to visit either the coast, or the old town 5 mins up the bank in the car. If your looking for quality accommodation with all the amenities- Casa Azura is the place. We could have stayed there for another month - it's brilliant. We can't wait to return! We have just got back from a week at this villa and we would definately recommended it. Modern, clean, well equipped with a beautiful pool and view. Its quite a way out of the tourist front, about a 20 minute walk down hill, as it's set back in the mountain. However, we'd prefer to be out of the busy area. Its quite close to the old village which is beautiful, not commercial and with a really good selection of resteraunts, we loved having an evening stroll around. The villa could do with a better 'local information' folder but apart from that no other criticism. The Villa owner was excellent with the communications via to going too!
