Fantastic location and extremely helpful and friendly owner. Be aware if you are walking upto the villa, you need to be fit as there are numrous steps up a steep hill. However, once you get to know local transport ( bus and train) it is easy to get around. The villa is a little dated, but clean and has a great swimming pool. Overall, I would recommend the villa to my friends and family.

We had a great time at Villa.The main advantages : a huge swimming pool, quiet location and neighbors, great view, magical beach and sea , open-armed owner! Thank you very much Pierre!

Pour les points fort il faut citer la réactivité du propriétaire qui au moindre problème est là et vous depanne ce n est pas tôt le monde après il ne peut pas refaire la maison pièce principal non climatisé escaliers partout donc inaccessible au personne ayant un handicap. Literie Hs a toutes les chambres invasion de moustiques ( car les voisins traitent tous les jours) Les drags le premiers jours sont sous blisyer mais après ils sont facturés avec votre lessive votre électricité ( payante à la fin) et repassés par VOTRE femme de menage à la fin vous en avez d pour des centaines € alors que vous avez payés le lavage il y a une forme d arnaque Le sol de la piscine est brûlante et la présence de roseau à côté est des nids de moustiques les escaliers 2( 2 étages sont dangereux) Le robot ne fonctionne pas tous les jours et encore une fois c est le locataire qui paye l électricité et l eau comme l arrosage de la pelouse !! Bref pour nous ça ne convenait pas du tout après il y a un service d approvisionnement d eau et de café payant mais pratique et pas cher Le gros problème c est les marches et la literie prochain coup on vas à l hôtel Petit détail voisinage bruyant le week-end

Mooi huis op een prachtige locatie. Huis was schoon en netjes. De eigenaar was aardig en behulpzaam. Communicatie moeizaam omdat ik geen Frans en Spaans spreek. Maar uiteindelijk kom je er wel uit. Water is duur dus wees er voorzichtig mee, maar in het huis wordt je daar ook op gewezen. Auto is wel handig. Al met al eenheerlijke tijd gehad in Castelldefels
