The house is in the area of the iconic white towns of Andalucia. The historic cities of Malaga, Cordoba and Seville and the beautiful Alhambra Palace in Granada are all within easy driving distance. Canillas de Aceituno is one of these white towns of Moorish origins sitting more than 600m high in the Sierra Tejeda mountains. It's a quaint and friendly village with all basic services and amenities including restaurants, bars, shopping, children's playground and Olympic sized public swimming pool. The villa sits in the countryside outside of this village, surrounded by the peaks and valleys of this breathtaking natural region. Just minutes from your door is the massive Sierra Tejeda nature park reserve. Ideal for hiking and mountain biking through both forested areas and open panoramic mountainsides. Not far away in Periana is the well-known riding centre Finca Don Carmelo. The house is in a very tranquil setting yet only a short distance from the coast and larger towns with full facilities.

Upon reservation we require a non-refundable deposit. Upon receipt of the deposit a final confirmation will be issued by email. The party to whom the confirmation is addressed is wholly responsible for the compliance of members of your party with these booking conditions. Reservations cannot be accepted from persons younger than 18 years at the time of booking. The owner reserves the right to refuse bookings without explanation. Receipt of your payment by the owner confirms your acceptance of these booking conditions.
The owner must receive 30% of the total booking amount as a non-refundable deposit to guarantee your reservation when booking more than 9 weeks in advance. Cancellations received within 9 weeks prior to arrival or during your stay, will be subject to cancellation charge amounting to the total rental cost. We therefore recommend you consult with your insurer for cancellation coverage.
• Payment / Pricing:
The balance of the reservation cost must be received by the owner no later than 9 weeks prior to arrival. Parties booking less than 9 weeks prior to the date of arrival must pay the full booking amount at the time of reservation in order to confirm the booking. Failure to pay the balance (or total amount, as the case may be) on time will constitute cancellation, and you may be subject to cancellation charges. A binding contract exists only when the owner issues an email of confirmation.
All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include bed linen and final cleaning. A security deposit of €500 (five hundred euros) is required to cover the cost of any damage or breakages. This deposit is payable in the form of a cheque or cash and is to be presented to the property manager upon arrival. Should damages exceed the security deposit amount, the renter is obliged to pay the full cost of damages.
• If, after your booking has been accepted, you require us to amend it in any way or re-invoice you, the owner reserves the right to charge an amendment fee of €100 per booking. The owner reserves the right to treat a change of accommodation and/or dates as a cancellation of one holiday and the booking of another.

The number of people staying at the property shall not exceed the number of sleeping places, except in the case of infants under two years. In the event that the maximum number is exceeded without prior agreement, the owner reserves the right to refuse or revoke the booking at his sole discretion.
