The apartment is in a prime sought after location of La Manga with views of both the Mar Menor and the mediterranean seas. Whilst being close to a variety of shops,bars and restaurants it is still far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquility of a relaxing family holiday.
Inside, the spacious master bedroom with its sea views has a large kingsize bed with fitted wardrobes,ceiling fan, air conditioning unit and newly refurbished en suite shower room. The double sofabed is also in the master bedroom but can be moved to the lounge area if required. The newly refurbished master bathroom has a double sink unit, toilet and large walk in shower. The bathroom has a seperate utility room with washing machine,ironing board, iron etc.
The newly fitted (2017) kitchen is separate from the lounge area with plenty of cupboard space,oven,hob,microwave,fridge, freezer,toaster and kettle.
The lounge has a dining area with large table and 6 chairs,two large luxury leather sofas,tv,dvd,cd player and large patio doors leading out to the terrace.
The second bedroom has two single beds,fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, air conditioning unit and patio doors giving it its own access to the terrace.
The large 40 square meter terrace with its sea views, justs adds to the luxury of this beautiful apartment,with its built in BBQ its the perfect place to unwind and relax day and night with your family or friends.

A fantastic amusment park for the kids open from 8pm untill late. providing hours of entertainment for young and old.
The Manga bus runs along the strip every half hour all year round,taking you to places just a short bus ride away.
Puerto Tomas Maestre
A lovely harbour to sit and enjoy the view with a drink or a ferry across the Mar Manor, even a boat trip out on to the Med.
Cabo De Palos
Boasts one of the biggest sunday markets in the area attracting people from far and wide to sample the local produce. Cabo also has a lovely harbour to sit and relax with food and drink.
For those wishing to explore further afield buses also run to the historic cities of Cartagena and Murcia.
Cala Del Pino beach where the apartment is located is one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Extremley safe for the kids as the Mar Menor is very shallow and warm with no waves due to it being an inland sea and also popular with the locals due to the amount of pine trees providing plenty of shade to sit and while away the day with family and food. A beach bar is open from June untill late september providing sunbeds and water sports.
Mediterranean beach is only a 5 min walk over the other side
with endless miles of sandy beaches.
Nearest airport is Murcia approx 25min drive and Alicante approx 1hr 15mins drive.
