Over looking one of the infinity pools and the mountains, this top floor corner Penthouse has a large south-west facing L-shaped terrace of 47 sqm. with uninterrupted views.

Brand new modern furnishings throughout the apartment at hotel standard. The lounge has a comfortable leather recliner sofa, 42' Smart TV, DVD player and WIFI. Dining area has an extending table and seating for 4-6 people. Patio doors leading to the large private south-west facing L-shaped terrace of 47 sqm, which is furnished with table and comfortable chairs, 2 sun beds and 2 sun loungers for the pool/beach, and built in BBQ. The awnings will provide you with shade if desired.

One of the bedrooms has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds, large fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, A/C. Main bedroom has sliding patio doors leading to the terrace. Bathroom is fully tiled with bath and shower, shower screen, shaver socket, plenty of lighting and cupboard space for toiletries etc.

Kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances.

The apartment has access by lift or stairs and has private under cover parking which is lovely in the summer months when cars get hot.

The Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail at Polaris World is a network of 6 golf courses, unique in Europe, that gives the possibility for residents to play on all the golf courses that make up this circuit. Alhama Signature Course is the Principal Course, and will be the most exclusive golf course in the region when it has matured.

Destination Facts

Condado de Alhama is located close to some of the best beaches awarded with a blue flag on the Mediterranean, and the highest mountains in the region of Murcia. The resort is about 25 minutes from Murcia and will only be 25 minutes from the new international airport at Corvera ( due to open 2015). In addition to this, there are new dual carriageways connecting the resort to the coast, Cartagena and Murcia, making access quick and easy for visitors.

Why Visit Condado de Alhama

La Isla del Condado de Alhama is situated in the Region of Murcia. Condado de Alhama is in the south of Alhama de Murcia between two Regional Parks: Sierra Espuna and Carrascoy el Valle. It is an enclave in the south east of Spain, between Andalusia and the Autonomous Community of Valencia. Thanks to an excellent road network you can reach the beaches of Aguilas, Almeria, Bolnuevo and Mazarron on the Costa Calida within 15-30 minutes. Condado del Alhama is situated a short drive from these excellent beaches and lively port at Mazarron, and is also within easy reach of the Mar Menor and nearby La Manga golf resort. Other nearby places of interest include the two national parks Sierra Espuna and Parque Regional de Carrascoy el Valle, and the historic town of Cartagena which dates back to Roman times. The regions capital city, Murcia, and it's Cathedral is also well worth a visit. Excellent wineyards are to be found in Bullas, Jumilla and Yecla.

A mandatory 65 EUR cleaning charge which includes before arrival and after departure cleaning, is to be paid in cash to our key holder upon arrival at the Resort. Arrivals and departures outside normal business hours (12am and 7pm) will be charged at 10€ per hour wait time. Bed linen and towels are provided.

There is an additional charge for A/C electricity only. There will be a 10€ credit on the A/C meter on your arrival. Our key holder provides electricity cards which are 10€ each. 10€ should cover a 5-7day stay. Additional cards can be purchased from our key holder if needed. This is NOT for general electricity, so the lights will not go off in the night etc! I am not entirely comfortable with this charge but hope it will encourage sensible use i.e. not leaving A/C on all day when unoccupied.

Welcome packs are available for 25€ at arrivals. Welcome packs consist of the following items. Bread, Butter, Jam, Eggs, Bacon, Cornflakes, Milk, Tea, Orange Juice, Water, Wine or Beer.

The owners of the property, shall not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise to guests at the property.
