We absolutely loved our time at Ca La Pepita. The house is so welcoming and relaxed, it had a really homely feel rather than just a holiday apartment. The through living room dining room is full of light and so pleasant by day and night. The pool is a great size for a family of 4 and we loved the upper our door sitting area. We self catered from the supermarkets in Pallafrugal which was easy, the out door hot plate is fantastic!

The villas was lovely, clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and the surrounding areas well kept. It is a steep walk back up from the beach which didn't bother us or our 7 and 9 year children (you can't drive down to the beach as there is no where to park). The beach gets busy but it was lovely to walk down for an early morning swim, then back up to the villa for a lovely afternoon relaxing by the pool. I would recommend this villa without hesitation. This is a good house in a lovely location, 1km from the beach, as long as you are okay walking up a hill. The pool is well maintained, and the general outdoor area is well designed, the BBQ grill simple and effective, and the view across the hills memorable. The house and facilities were in good working order; the owners are friendly and helpful. Tamariu is a great base, with a variety of charming places to eat out and we had some amazing sea food. There are somewhat limited supplies if you are self-catering, but Palafrugell is nearby with a good food market. The locals were so friendly and helpful too, which was a delight.

Very comfortable and fully equipped villa set back from the main centre of Tamariu with picturesque views - our favourite place was to sit on the garden lounger watching the sun set. Very peaceful yet only a 10 minute stroll down to the local restaurants, beach and coves which are very good for snorkelling - saw an octopus! Managed a day trip to Barcelona which included Camp Nou. Would happily recommend to family and friends.
