This appartment was ideal for our family 3 rooms 2 bath/shower rooms and very comfortable the location is fantastic. One point is it could maybe do with some sun beds to be used around the pool but other than that it was great and we have already booked for next year

We stayed here as a couple for a week in June. The apartment was clean and tidy. It had a large terrace which overlooked the promenade and beach. It was set alongside a main road but it was not terribly busy and didn't cause us any problems. There were frequent buses to the centre of town and to the pueblo in the hills. The terrace was furnished with a table and six chairs but we were disappointed that there were no sun loungers. There was a lovey pool located behind the apartment accessed via a flight of stairs. It was always empty while we were there. Only downside was that there were no seats or loungers around it and none in the apartment. A couple of fold up seats for poolside use would have been appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils and crockery although we ate out for the week we stayed there. All rooms were air conditioned but we found the air conditioning in the bedrooms wasn't great. We tended not to use it and just left the windows open . They all had fly screens and shutters so it wasn't a problem but may be in high season. The owner was very helpful throughout the booking process and always responded quickly to any queries. The apartment would benefit from UK TV but does now have WIFI. We loved the area this apartment is located in and would definitely return in the future.

Good size clean apartment with fantastic views over the best beach in Mojacar. Qwner very helpful when we had problems. Plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby.

Had a great stay at this apparrment there is a view to die for! facilities good some things need updating but they were functional. Big bedrooms lovely English neighbours if you need any help the owner was lovely and very helpful she answered any calls and query I had.The apartment in great location looking over the sea in middle of everything and has a lovely quiet pool area. wIll definitley book here again
