This is a spacious and luxurious holiday home that is simply perfect for that special family holiday. It is furnished with taste and flair and it enjoys direct access to the beach from the grounds of the complex which is just one hundred metres from your patio and garden. It offers incredible, free on-site facilities such as tennis, ping pong and paddle ball not to mention a playground area, rolling green lawns, and plenty of sun lounges around the pool. The holiday home itself has four bedrooms, the master bedroom with large en suite bathroom and direct access to its own balcony with views of the Mediterranean. The other three bedrooms have a double-bed and three singles sharing two spacious bathrooms. The 2 terraces are spacious while there is a large patio and garden with barbecue that lead directly onto the communal gardens. The kitchen is separate, large modern and fully equipped, while the dining and living room area lead through airy french door to the outside patio. The property is air conditioned through out and enjoys satellite TV.

It is also located on the edge of the Ebro Delta Natural Park, a natural heritage site protected by UNESCO. Thus it combines the possibility of lazy early morning walks on unspoiled long sandy beaches with being in the middle of the busy little fishing village of L'Ampolla. L'Ampolla itself has long been famous through-out Catalunya for it sea-food and restaurants, most of which overlook the lovely harbour. And it makes for an enchanting walk to stroll from Las Palmeras along the newly finished Maritime board walk into the little harbour. All along this walk, there are restaurants, cafes, fabulous views of the delta while at the same time, always retaining the natural charm of the coastline. And we arrange family activities if you are interested, such as kayaking on the delta, cycling on the via verde, treasure hunts and lots more. For a small charge, we also provide wi-fi internet access systems. And within half an hour by car there is the famous theme Park of Port Aventura or the equally impressive Aquapolis with its amazing dolphinarium and dolphin show. And if it is a visit to a large town or city for the day, there is the town of Tortosa at 15 minutes, the big Roman city of Tarragona at 40 minutes or the cultural metropolis of Barcelona at just an hour and a half. In other words, whether it is to laze by the pool with a good book or be super active, this is a holiday location that has something for everyone.
