Villa zur Miete in Javea

The villa, nestling among the mature pines of an established area, enjoys glimpses of the coast and distant mountains. French windows lead from the lounge onto a covered terrace (naya) which provides a spacious dining area and shade from the heat of the spacious master bedroom (King-size bed) has an ensuite bathroom. French windows also lead out onto the naya. The other two bedrooms, each with twin beds and built-in wardrobes, share a shower room and fully-fitted, luxury modern kitchen has granite worktops, fridge/freezer, oven/grill and a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The lounge has picture windows and comfortable sofas. Here you can find cable television with English, Spanish, French and German channels and a CD stereo system. There is a separate dining room with a hatch to the kitchen.
Air-conditioning provides cold or warm air, according to the season, in the master bedroom and living area, while the two other bedrooms have ceiling fans. Gas central heating is also available for unseasonal weather.
The villa inside is all on one level and is suitable for families of all ages and couples. Smoking is not allowed inside. Clean linen is provided for those renting the villa.
The villa is within walking distance of superb coastal walks and only a short drive away from various coves with beach cafes, and sandy beaches at El Arenal, Javea, Moraira and Denia.
For the sports-minded or those who enjoy an active holiday, there are plenty of facilities for coast and countryside walking, horse-riding, sailing, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, tennis and golf. Three golf courses are in the immediate area - Ifach near Moraira, Javea and the international La Sella golf club, a few kilometres outside Javea. Several others lie within a 25-kilometre radius.
In Denia, you can catch a ferry to the island of Ibiza.
There are national park areas at nearby Portixol and Montgo just outside Javea.
