'New to the rental market for 2011'! The villa is on a quiet Urbanisation in Mazarron. It has a large terrace area around the private pool and to the side of the villa, to enable you to take advantage of the Costa Calida sunshine at its best. Washing machine and outside shower for the pool. PLEASE NOTE!! All previous water pressure problems have now been corrected. There is also a 'shaded' area, if you prefer to eat outdoors but 'out' of the sun. Inside there are 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, & a shower room. On site there is a Bar/restaurant (WIFI available in the bar), tennis courts, (communal pool high season only & carries a charge)
There are beautiful beaches only 15 minutes drive. Local supermarket, shops, bars restaurants . Cartagena approx 30 minutes drive, City of Murcia approx 40 mins.
Mazarron is idealy situated for touring, a car is essential to take full advantage of the area. The Sierra Espuna National Park is approx twenty minute drive, there are lovely walks and views throughout the forest with picnic areas and restaurants. Daily fruit & vegetable market close by & weekly 'holiday' markets around the area. Many golf courses on the Costa Calida, perfect for taking advantage of during one of the 320 days of sunshine that the Costa Calida proudly boasts, the nearest is only 5kms away (Camposol) and there are many within an hours drive, buggies & clubs can be hired.
100KWS of electricity will be provided, any extra KWs used will be charged and deducted from security deposit at the end of your holiday.

Sub letting on the property is strictly prohibited and will result in a serious situation

Small dogs permitted but an extra charge of 30 Euro will be required per dog.
