This lovely first floor apartment is well located to enjoy the delights of the exclusive resort town of Moraira. Within a short drive you will find some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca, including the spectacular El Portet, whilst the quaint old quarter offers exclusive shops, fine restaurants and seafront bars. From the beach you can arrange water sports including scuba diving and jet ski hire, or just take a stroll along the harbour. A 10 minute drive along the scenic coast road takes you to Calpe for a boat trip to Benidorm or Denia, a further 10 minute drive along the coast road takes you to the beautiful old town of Altea with its hilltop church and quaint streets. You are 30 minutes away from Benidrom, with its theme parks and water park.

The entrance hall leads into a bright and airy lounge/diner with TV and a well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. On the entrance floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double with en suite facilities, and a twin bedroom and family bathroom. Upstairs there is a further twin bedroom and solarium. From the lounge, patio doors lead to a spacious terrace with outside dining furniture and sunbeds, overlooking the second swimming pool. The complex is totally secure with underground parking and electronic gates. The extensive grounds are well presented. This is a brand new development and not all the apartments are occuped. Therefore it would suit a family or couples looking for quiet accommodation in a private setting. The complex is only a short distance away from the coast road with bars, restaurants and beaches.

Clients may pay by bank transfer or credit card. Payment details will be provided upon receipt of completed booking form. A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance plus a 300 euros damages deposit, due 8 weeks before arrival. Two week bookings receive an interim linen change - additional linen and cleaning can be arranged and paid for locally.
This property is managed by Total Care Property Services, a local company with multilingual staff who will meet you at the apartment and be on hand to offer any further assistance. A welcome pack will be provided and a full range of nursery equipment is available for hire.
