We have a nice detached villa located in central Quesada, in a nice and quiet area south of Alicante. In addition to the villa, the property has a separate apartment, a garage, a barbecue area and a large private swimming pool. The property is very suitable for families with children (beds for 8 people and possibilities to add extra beds if needed).

The separate apartment is a large studio with living room/ double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.

The villa is large with a nice and spacious living area, including kitchen, dining room and seating area. In addition, the villa has three double bedrooms and a curved living room / winter garden in front. From the winter garden there is a wide glass door leading to the swimming pool area. You can also access the pool area from the master bedroom.

In the garage there is a washing machine, and the kitchen is fully equipped. This includes dish washer, electric cooker, automatic kettle, coffee machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and everything else you would need.

In the living room there is a TV with several Scandinavian and European channels, a radio, a gas stove and a fireplace. In addition, there are wireless internet access and air condition (also used for heating in the winter).

Outside you will find a nice tiled terrace with various garden furnitures and a large private swimming pool with deck chairs, sun beds and an outdoor bathroom. The outside area has sun all day.
