The house:
High standard holiday home for rent in the exclusive area of Ciudad Quesada. The accommodation consists of 3 good sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms– two are ensuites, a large sized living room, a nice open-plan kitchen and a separate dining area with room for 8 guests. The dining room can be made into an additional bedroom with room for 2 more guests. The living room and 2 of the bedrooms have air-conditioning with heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, kettle, coffeemaker, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and a stove. The living room consists of a TV, a radio, a DVD player, wireless internet and a nice fireplace.

The living room leads out to a nice comfortable built in terrace. There is a large outdoor entertaining area and a fully fenced, child friendly yard. Here you can relax in the sun drenched pool whilst enjoying the spectacular panoramic view. The nice landscaped garden is very private and is complimented by an undercover entertaining area with an outside grill. The area is quiet and perfect for families or 2 couples for long term lease. Off-street parking with room for at least 2 cars, as well as plenty of on-street parking.

The area:
Ciudad Quesada is a charming small town about 45 km south of Alicante. The area accommodates mainly people from northern Europe. Some of Spain’s best beaches are only a 15 minute drive away. Here you can rent sun beds and enjoy the beautiful beaches of the area. There are also a few restaurants and cafés with outside seating. In Ciudad Quesada you'll find everything you need for your comfortable holiday such as grocery shops, restaurants, cafés, pubs, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, several banks, a doctor’s office and a petrol station. There is a golfing range about 1 km away, and a water park and go-cart field nearby. Torrevieja is about 20 minutes away by car with historic sites, churches, museums and once a week a traditional Spanish market. You can also reach Elche (30 minutes by car) where you’ll find an orchard of over 200 000 palm trees that has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
