Casa Susie is a delightful 3 bed Villa, which benefits from a separate self contained Annex. It is set in a peaceful location on the Montgo National Park with stunning sea and mountain views, yet it is within 5 mins of the beach, the Marina and Denia town centre.
The gardens are well maintained and offer space for sunbathing or sitting in the shade. The private pool is 12m x 5m with a max depth of 1.5m and the jacuzzi accommodates 4 adults comfortably.

Suitable for families or couples, who are looking for a truly relaxing holiday.

Denia, which has a historic castle, is a modern, cosmopolitan coastal town, which has 20km of beautiful sandy beaches. The town itself benefits from numerous bars, resturants and nightclubs and the Marina is a beautiful setting.
There are plenty of supermarkets to choose from, as well as designer shops. There is a weekly market and a night market offering crafts and gifts. Portal de Marina - 15 mins away is a large covered shopping centre.
El Verger Safari Park - 20 mins away.
Benidorm - about 25 mins away, offers various theme parks including, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqulandia and Mundomar.
Valencia - an hour away is a beautiful city and offers a fantastic Oceanographic park and Science museum.

There are numerous Golf courses in the area.

There is a local restaurant, which has a tennis court within walking distance.

Denia is about a 1 hour drive from the main airports of Alicante and Valencia.

Rental period is SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. Check out time 10AM to allow time for cleaning (which is included in the price.) Check-in time 4PM. Key holder available to meet and greet guests.
A non refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. The refundable damage deposit of 300 euros is required on arrival. This will be refunded when the keys are handed back and the property has been inspected.
