The Penthouse apartment is within the Polaris World Condado de Alhama Golf Resort complex in Bulevar de los Naranjos 12, which is at a distance of 20 km beautiful Mazarron beaches, restaurants and entertainment areas. A modern highway makes the distance only 15 minutes long.
The Complex itself has supermarket, bars and restaurants for residents use (like Al Kasar) and is completely surrounded by security fences and controlled 24H by security personnel. Accesses to the complex require identification. This provides a very secure and safe area for our children to fully enjoy without any worries in any of the numerous playgrounds and swimming pools across the complex.
Our Penthouse is situated in 1st line to golf course in a quite environment where you can only hear relaxing bird sounds. Although the swimming pool is next to the building, you cannot listen noise from children playing in there, since the Penthouses are oriented to the golf course.
If you are a golf player, we offer full set of golf sticks that you will find in the apartment for only 30€ per week. (INESIS brand). This way you will not have to pay extra weight in your flight nor will have to occupy space in your car if this is the way you travel to Spain. The cost for renting golf sticks in the Polaris Golf shop is 30€ per day. You will only need to bring your balls, shoes, glove and small golf accessories. The wonderful golf course signature Jack Nicklaus is just there waiting for you, as well as other 6 golf courses created by Jack Nicklaus which are at 50 minutes distance around. All those courses are available to play for any Polaris Resort residents. You will find 2010 Condado de Alhama golf course fees in a scanned document within our add.
We will also provide a USB internet modem for your laptop computer. The cost of this internet USB modem is 3,00€ per day.
We offer the possibility for no extra cost to make your supermarket purchase based on a list that you may provide in order to arrive and not loose any time shopping. We will provide you with supermarket ticket and ask exactly the amount shown on the supermarket receipt. This is a free help because we are a family too and know how important this is for you.
Would you request a high chair or a travel cot, simply tell us and we will provide them for free.

Within the complex, there are many completely free sport facilities: Tennis, squash, handball and basketball courts as well as 3 soccer fields. (Adapted sizes for children or older) You can rent a bike to get to know better the huge and safe complex by riding on the calm and green streets of Condado de Alhama Golf Resort.
