Villa - 200 metres above sea level - with excellent view of the Mediterranean Sea, Fuengirola and the mountains
The villa is situated between Torremolinos, Fuengirola and Mijas in the very attractive area, La Capellania, only 20 minutes drive from the airport in Malaga. It is easy to find you way to the villa, as there is an excit from the highway nearby.
Supermarket and some restaurants are within walking distance. The beach and citylife is only a 5-10 minutes drive downhill
The house is approached through an electric gate and there is parking space in front of the house. Through the hall you enter the living room with comfortable Scandinavian sofas close to the fireplace and TV. The indoor dining room is with dining table for 6-8 persons, open access to the well equipped kitchen. There is both dishwasher and washing machine.
The house has three bedrooms all with good wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a double, elevation bed, bathroom with tub and shower. The second bedroom has a double sleeping couch and TV. The second bathroom is with shower. The third bedroom - with separate entrance – has a double bed, TV and attached bathroom with shower. There are two extra foldable beds if needed.
There is TV, DVD, radio, cd-player with a wide selection of cd’s, different board games, and books in Danish and English.
Free Internet in the second sleeping room (office).
All rooms are with air-condition and the living room also have a fan.
On the terraces there are several groups of outdoor furniture, so you will always be able to find a place either in the sun or in the shade. One dining places is with view of the sea and one is with an electric barbecue. There are awnings on the terrace and also on the barbecue place. So you will be able to enjoy the warm evenings.
From the terrace there is access to the garden and the private swimming pool. The pool has a slide for the children and you can watch the children from the terrasse. There are sun beds.
The garden has a great privacy and is in several terraces, the upper terrace has a stunning view of the sea, and from the bench you can watch the sun go down behind the mountains.
The house is an excellent choice for families with kids as there are many activities for families in the area, e.g Fuengirola Zoo, Seapark, Tivoli World. If you are a golf enthusiast there are several golf courses nearby, for instance Alhaurin in the mountains with view of the sea above Mijas – one of the white towns on the Coast.
The beach is nearby and offers good bathing possibilities for both children and grown-ups. There are many restaurants of different cathegories in the area.
