Location:

The house is located in the quiet village of Mas Fumats, which lies in the foothills of the Pyrenees, overlooking the Bay of Roses. The medieval resort town of Roses is just two minutes drive away by car, and here you will find many local amenities including supermarkets (2mins), beaches (5mins), restaurants, bars and nightclubs.


Features:

The large villa is on two levels and features four double bedrooms, private gardens and its own good sized swimming pool. On the ground floor you will find three double bedrooms, large bathroom with WC bath and shower, separate WC and utility room/garages.

On the first floor is the fourth master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath WC and shower), a second WC, a very large lounge and dining room featuring an open fireplace and south facing balcony. The very large kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs, oven, grill, fridge/freeezer and double sinks.

Things to Do:

The nearest beaches are in the towns of Roses, Empuriabrava and St Margarita, just a five minute drive away. These towns offer many restaurants, pubs and bars. There are many large supermarkets here also, a huge waterslide park and a go kart racing centre. The nearest golf club is 25 minutes drive away at Peralada.

Empuriabrava is just ten minutes away by car and here you will find more beaches, the aeroclub (one of the best centres in europe for skydiving), kitesurfing/windsurfing schools, huge beaches and the famous canals and waterways known locally as little venice.

A little further, 10km away, is the historic town of Figures, with its famous Salvador Dali museum, ancient streets and awesome restaurants.
