It is an independent house located in La Marina housing estate, seating six people which can be extended to nine.
It has a fence for vehicle access. When entering there is a wide land before getting to the house, where the swimming pool is located, and landscaped area.
The entrance has a wide porch ideal for having breakfast. From there you enter the dinning-room and see the kitchen through a great pasa platos that make serving food very comfortable.
There are many rooms and a chimney in the dining room. The sofa bed can be used if necessary.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, glass-ceramic, dishwasher and many other tools such as a toaster, a water boiler, a blender, etc. There is also a small room where we keep the washing machine, the tumble dryer and the iron.
A corridor access the room and the main bathroom. There are three double bedrooms (one of them with double bed), all of them equipped with built-in wardrobes.
The bedroom with the double bed is equipped with a TV, a DVD and an adapted bathroom, with a shower in flat area.
It is a welcoming and comfortable house. There is hot/cold air conditioning through pipe all along the house.
In the upper flat there is a great open solarium and a small room inside the turret. You will see beautiful dusks from there.
Outside the house, apart from the swimming pool there is a mármol table and a barbecue equipped with a tap and worktops where you will be allowed to cook meat, vegetable, paella and everything you want. It is shady all afternoon and evening.
You are also allowed to bring animals and to smoke in the house.
