Detached villa refurbished and extended to a high standard. Large private pool and views of historic Begur and the sea. The glorious beach and ancient fishing village of Sa Riera is just 2km as is the absolutely charming hillside town of Begur with its outstanding choice of restaurants, shops, tapas bars, late night cellar bars and weekly market.

The mature gardens, large swimming pool with Roman steps and lawned surround creates a very private area with sunbeds and garden furniture. At the side of the house convenient to the kitchen is a terrace with built in BBQ and table, chairs. The main bedroom has incredible panoramic views with a large terrace and private shower room.

Gated steps lead to the villa which is on one level. A spacious open living area comfortably furnished has superb views from the curved windows with a door to the side terrace with bbq and seating. The new kitchen is cleverly recessed and has oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.

3 bedrooms:
2 doubles and one single with pullout bed. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
The outstanding master bedroom has a large terrace adjoining and magnificent sea views.

Airconditioning throughout. A poolside changing room and shower room with w.c. adds to this spacious and comfortable accommodation.

Casa Erica is a charming detached villa very well maintained by the owners, in a secluded position situated just 5minutes drive from Begur and between 5 and 10 minutes drive to the superb sandy beach at Sa Riera with its choice of waterfront restaurants and shops.

A local agent takes care of the house and can meet you on arrival. They will deal with any queries you may have during your stay.
