The living room is spacious with 2 three seater sofas, coffee table and dining table. The living room opens out onto the balcony where there is further seating (and stunning views)
The kitchen is not modern but functional. There is an oven with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. There is also a storage cupboard where you will find the iron (and ironing board), additional cooking equipment and beach equipment including sun loungers.

The three bedrooms are a good size. There are two bedrooms comprising 2 single beds and one with a double bed. Each bedroom has plenty of storage and bedside tables.

The bathroom again is not modern but is clean and functional. The traditional white bathroom suite consists of a bath with shower over, toilet, sink and bidet.

The apartment has been family owned for 20 years and over the last 2 years has been completely redecorated ready for renting. The apartment maintains its Spanish character with wood and terracotta decoration throughout.

The apartment block is serviced by a secure intercom system and all floors are serviced by a lift, which is wheelchair friendly.

There is a communal tennis court and a swimming pool, which are both located just outside the apartment block entrance. The communal areas are excellently maintained with plenty of green areas and palm trees. The beach is a stones throw from the apartment and there is a lovely promenade on which you can walk to the next town of Torre del Mar.


Algarrobo Costa

Algarrobo Costa is the old fishing port of Algarrobo, located approximately 40 km from Malaga and 17 km from Nerja.

Within Algarrobo costa itself there are numerous restaurants catering for all food lovers. These include Spanish, German, English, Chinese and Italian. There are for ice-cream parlours, a launderette, 2 supermarkets (LiDL and Dia), bakery, fresh fish shop, fresh meat shop, fruit shop, pharmacy and travel agent (offering days trips to places such as Granada, Seville and Gibraltar).

There is a taxi rank immediately outside the flat offering reasonable fares to local towns and villages.
There is also very reasonable car hire available on the resort enabling visits to Granada (1 hour), Seville (2.5 hours) and other local destinations.

There is an excellent bus service, servicing Malaga to the west and Nerja to the east. Nerja caves are well worth a visit and only 30 minutes away by bus. Torre del Mar is 10 minutes by bus or 30 minutes by foot (along the promenade) and offers a more lively mixture of bars and restaurants as well as more shopping.

There are local markets in Algarrobo Costa, Caletta (10minute walk away), Torrox (10minutes by bus) and Torre del Mar.
