Although the villa is airconditioned, there are additional fans in each bedroom for the Summer and radiators for the Winter.

KITCHEN
Fully fitted including electric oven and gas hob with extract fan. Fridge freezer,dishwasher and small electrical equipment including a kettle and toaster.
Place settings for 12 covers, with all the kitchen utensils you would expect at home.
Non breakable items are available for outside use, and cool boxes and ice packs are available if you wish to spend time on the beach.
There is also a washing machine and small sink in the utility area outside.
A clothes airer, iron and ironing board are also provided.
LOUNGE
The lounge area offers comfort and style with 2 sofas one converting to a sofa bed there is also a pouffee cama which converts to a single bed.
Cable TV with 32 freeview channels, including BBC, ITV, Spanish and German channels.
Video recorder, dvd player, music centre with cassette,cd and radio, including a wide selection of CD'S for use.
If you prefer to read, there is a selection of books donated from previous guests.
EXTERIOR
The lounge opens onto a patio area which is perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing.
Here you will find a secluded swimming pool (7 x 4mtrs), which is fully serviced and set in a designer landscaped garden which is laid mainly to patio with an array of tropical plants.
The garden can be illuminated after dark, so that you can enjoy the long balmy evenings and the heady scent of the jasmine.
You may never want to leave the poolside as reclining sunloungers with parasols are provided.
The larger dining table seats 6 people and there is additional seating for another 4 people in the separate BBQ area,where the large charcoal BBQ is located.
