Fantastic 5 bedrooms house (maximum 14 people) located in Vinyols I els Arcs , a village located at 7 km (9 minuts by car) away from Cambrils, Salou, Port Aventura and from all beautiful Costa Dorada sandy beaches. The house is located just 450 ( 10 minuts walking distance) from the village centre of Vinyols y els Arcs.
All the amenities are around 10 minuts driving distance: Port Aventura, the famous thematic park is only 10 km away. Salou with the aquatic parks “Aquopolis” and “Costa Caribe” is only 15 km away.

The Villa has a surface of 300 m2 and consist in 2 individual levels:

GROUNG FLOOR LEVEL :

Disposes of a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and 2 wide living-rooms with huge garden doors gives acces to the 2 covered terraces and nice light on the living room.Beautiful covered terrace with table to dinner .
On the ground floor you will find also 1 doble bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.


KITCHEN:

The very wide kitchen is full equipped with oven,huge combi fridge, freezer,washing machine, micro-wave, and dish-washer.

UPPER LEVEL:

Offers 4 doble bedrooms consisting in 4 doblebeds. You will find also 2 complete bathrooms and 1 suite and wide bathroom with shower..

GARDEN:

The pool and garden are totally private. The surface of the garden is 1000 m2 and the total surface of the property is 20.000 m2. A lovely swimmingpool of 12 x 5 and a lovely barbecue area next to the sunbeds around the swimmingpool are provided.


It’s ideal for families wishing to enjoy the Spanish sun, the beautiful beaches of Cambrils and the Mediterranean cuisine.Cambrils it’s well known for it’s gastronomie, for the high quality sandy beaches along the coast where you can experience all kind of water sports as snorkelling, scuba-diving,kayacking, water-skiing,surfing,….but one of the best points of Cambrils is the long promenades along the sea front,where you will enjoy many restaurants,bars, shop’s ,boutiques….
The famous park Port Aventura is only 5 km away and you will also enjoy the 2 aquatic parks in the area.
