This lovely modern villa with air conditioning, is maintained and furnished to a very high standard. It is located in a peaceful setting, 1 hour from Alicante or Valencia on the Costa Blanca & 12min to either Denia or Oliva. The property sleeps 2 - 5. With its spacious accommodation and tasteful decor, this modern villa is just 200m from the lovely sandy beach of Les Deveses, this villa is perfect for that totally relaxing holiday that you desire! It is also excellently located for those who are seeking a more adventurous holiday or for discerning golfers with 3 superb golf courses all within close proximity of the villa: La Sella, Oliva Nova & Javea.

This superb villa also has a balcony, 2 private terraces (1 including a brick built barbeque - perfect for those hot summer evenings!) with shrubs and trees (including your own lemon tree!), complete with sun-loungers and patio furniture provided for your total relaxation and its own private covered parking adjacent to the house. The communal swimming pool and gardens of this lovely & small complex are also available for your enjoyment.

The villa has air conditoning upstairs, ceiling & free-standing fans. There is a large lounge with wood burner, satellite TV, DVD, stereo, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry, bathroom (with bath & shower) and guest toilet.

Other Details:
Several bars are within walking distance, with more restaurants, a supermarket & other amenities a short distance away.

Denia is a modern, cosmopolitan coastal town, rich in Spanish history and culture. It is picturesque, being based around a natural harbour with its lovely waterfront area and impressive 16th century castle, Denia is situated at the foot of the mountain Montgo. Denia has 20km of beautiful sandy beaches, including Les Deveses, whilst just to the south there are rocky coves, ideal for snorkeling.

The main shopping area Denia is located in & around the Marques de Campo. Here you can just sit & relax in the many cafes which occupy this lovely tree lined avenue or take advantage of the multitude of shops, including many gift shops and exquisite boutiques. There are hundreds of wonderful cafes and restaurants that offer the best of both regional and international cuisine.

Denia is well known for its fiestas & festivals so we hope that you will be lucky enough to be there during one, whether it’s the bull running or one of the many processions through the towns main streets, they’re always a lot of fun!!

Exploring the area:
Car hire is essential to be able to fully explore the wonders of this region. Take a leisurely drive inland through the orange, almond & olive groves to the Jalon Valley and stop for lunch at one of the many traditional Spanish villages, or visit the nearby mountains with peaks over 2000ft and cave systems that extend deep underground. A short drive from the villa you will also find the the traditional country towns of Orba, Oliva and Pego with their weekly markets where you can find local handcrafts, delicacys and clothes. For families looking for activities beyond the beaches and the pool, the Vergel safari park is about a 5 minute drive away, whilst the ever popular Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park, or Mundomar sea life centre are all within approximately 35 minutes drive from the villa. Benidorm is about 35 mins away with its extensive shopping, bars and night-life.

Local sports and activities include:
golf, sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, climbing, windsurfing, cycling, tennis, hang-gliding, walking, horse riding, jet ski, coarse fishing, go-karting, aqua park, trekking, snorkelling, swimming, bird watching, flora & fauna, sea fishing.

We really enjoyed our time at the Villa and it was great to have a pool at the end of the garden and a beautiful beach so close by which was virtually deserted every time we went there. We met a neighbour who was very friendly and recommended a couple of places of interest so we had a lovely drive through the mountains to the caves.

We had a super time, and think that the area is the nicest by far that we have been to in Spain. The beach is very much like our local beach here in Dorset, sand dunes, good sand, and not built up. Denia is a lovely town, lots to see, and great fun at night, good food as well. The pool at the villa is superb!
