Located in the modern Menorca Complex near the Cala Blanca area of Javea it is ideally situated for a relaxing,
leisurely holiday. The rocky beach and coves of Cala Blanca are within a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Javea's Arenal Beach with its many fabulous cafes, bars, restaurants and shops is a short 10-15 stroll from the apartment. There is a regular bus service available from outside the apartment block.

This modern 2 Bedroom, first floor Duplex Apartment comprising 2 Bedrooms,2 double and 1 single, 2 Bathrooms.

The accommodation comprises of entrance hallway, modern fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer oven and with separate utility area.

Separate shower/ WC, lounge/ dining room with patio doors leading to private terrace with fabulous views inland towards the Montgo Mountain.

The stairs leading up to the main bedrooms with a further private terrace,the double bedroom, a 3 bedded room and family bathroom.

The apartment is very well equipped and beautifully furnished throughout.

There is English satellite TV offering 42 English channels including ITV1, BBC 1 & 2, Channel 4 & 5 and many more.... Private allocated underground Parking is also available.

Javea Old Town is situated in the centre of Javea, with the main church and old covered market as its focal points.

The Old Town has been refurbished in recent years and includes pedestrian areas with restaurants and shops. Close to the centre are small lanes which lead to more modern areas. Near to the centre you will find a number of banks, the main post office and on Thursdays there is a town market which occupies the main car park to the north of the Old Town.

Javea Town is situated about a mile from Javea Port which lies below the Cabo de San Antonio. To the far end of the Port is the main marina which also includes a thriving commercial fishing centre. To the frontage of the port, adjacent to the pebble beach, are further pedestrian areas and many restaurants and shops for exploring.

The final part that makes up the whole of Javea is the beach area, L’Arenal. The main beach is located virtually to the centre of Javea Bay and is positioned in a natural harbour.

The sandy beach is kept clean and includes volleyball courts and a children’s play area. The main attraction, apart from the sandy beach, is the wide pedestrian promenade which has a large variety of restaurants, generally of good quality, together with bars and shops.

In the summer months, this promenade also includes an open air market every night which is a great attraction.

Surrounding Javea are various urbanisations of mainly villas which extend to both the east and west above the town.

What makes Javea a most attractive place to spend a holiday is the fact that there are no sky-scraper buildings like most coastal resorts and it has therefore been able to retain its Spanish character.

The cosmopolitan resort of MORAIRA is only a short 15 mins drive from the villa. Enjoy the atmosphere of its many pavement bars & cafes plus a fabulous range of quality restaurants overlooking the port & harbour.

For some great family days out you can visit the fabulous "AQUALANDIA” Water Theme Park the entertaining
“MUNDOMAR” Animal Water park (must see the fantastic Dolphin Show) or for all the family the marvellous “TERRA MITICA”one of Europe’s largest Family Theme Parks.


The Moorish village of Guadalest, the Algar Fallsand the caves at Benidoleig are also within easy reach. The local bodegas in Jalon are famous and are excellent places for wine tasting. For a special evening, visit the Benidorm Palace for dinner and a spectacular cabaret show. A car is, therefore, essential to enjoy your holiday.

Anmerkungen
A deposit of 25% is payable on booking. The final balance will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival. An additional refundable deposit of £300 is payable with the final balance and will be returned with 10 days of departure.

There is an optional linen change for stays of 2 weeks at a cost of 15 euros per room.

Mid stay cleaning is available at a cost of 15 euros per hour. (min 2 hours) if requested.

All linen, bath and hand towels are inclusive.
