Terraced house framed by two outside stairs connecting the beach to the upper street with 4 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, dining and living room, kitchen, back patio, south-facing 40 sq. metres terrace plus a lumber room (to store luggage, bicycles or inflatable boat). All rooms either with cupboard or dressers.

Both outside stairs give access directly to the beach, beyond the parking area. At the small hotel restaurant close to the house is located a scuba diving school right on the beach of Cala Santandria, nary five minutes by car from the main town Ciutadella.

Bed linen and towels provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances, fridge-and-freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, Melita coffee machine, toaster, juicer and fruits blender plus a wash machine at the back patio. There are vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. One of the rest rooms has a large bathtub, the other one has a shower.

Living room has air conditioning and a TV set. No satellite antenna is available for the time being. Big parasols, sun beds and outdoors furniture are at the terrace of the house with nice views on the nearby trees and a corner of the beach.

Close to the house there are grocers, pharmacy and several restaurants at this residential area on a cove of shallow waters, ideal for kids, where you may anchor your own boat a few metres from the sand.

The house is available for rent on a weekly basis, except during July and August where it is offered just on a fortnight period from day 1 to 15 and from day 16 to 31.

Rates include taxes, power consumption and laundry and cleaning of the house once in a week.
