This bright modern apartment comprises of two good size bedrooms, a double and twin. The good sized fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need. A bathroom with usual facilities and a large living room/dining room where there is a DVD Player and TV with Satellite Channels.

The lounge leads onto a west facing balcony which overlooks gardens and green valley. The balcony gets the sun all afternoon and into the evening. There are sun loungers for the balcony. Shops and beach are 10 minutes walk away or 2 minutes in the car.

Riviera del Sol is one of the popular resorts located on the breath taking coast line of the Costa del Sol in between Fuengirola and Marbella. There are several bars in Riviera, try David's or George's bar for a relaxing evening drink. The extremely popular Max's Beach restaurant and bar is the perfect setting with stunning views overlooking the beach.

The nearby Aztec Country Club, open to non residents the club boasting a superb heated swimming pool for use all year, Fellini's Italian Restaurant, tennis courts, badminton courts, crazy golf, gym and many other attractions. A new craze at this club is the Agua Spheres which is walking on water in a large plastic ball.

The nearby underpass leads to a safe beach with a number of atmospheric beach bars (chiringuitos). There are several small stores, restaurants, bar etc within easy distance from the apartment. The shops are opposite a very peaceful and popular park (Princess Diana Park) and gardens. Also there is a new supermarket (Opencor) on the corner adjacent to the entrance to Riviera del Sol.

There is also the new shopping centre in Riviera - the Riviera Plaza. Other facilities in Riviera del Sol include a Laundry, Clinic, Car Hire offices, taxi rank and also a Bank with an ATM cash machine. Just next to Riviera del Sol is the Calypso urbanisiation, which has a Chemist, Barclays bank and a petrol station. Calahonda hosts a good range of shops in the El Zoco Shopping Centre,a 2/3 minute car ride from Riviera.
