PENTHOUSE APARTMENT
This penthouse is sited in the secure, front-line development of Oasis Beach, in a tranquil corner of the Costa Blanca, adjacent to the Morro de Toix nature Reserve and only a short walk from Luis Campomanes Sports Marina.

The penthouse upper level has a conservatory with 2 double sets of panoramic sliding door from which exits to the sun terrace, a partly enclosed dining/sun lounge area and plunge pool all with privicy for your exclusive use.

This luxury penthouse apartment has three bedrooms, two of which are south facing overlooking the sea to the front terrace and the other bedroom facing west with mountain views with the sun till late evening. The main bedroom has an ensuite which includes a hydromassage bath. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds which can be converted to a double bed with a further bathroom.

The apartment has a spacious living dining area which is both comfortably and stylishly furnished which opens out onto the terrace where you can sit and relax on comfortable terrace sofa and chairs and watch the sea and the many boats and divers as well as mountairs visiting the area.

There is a communal pool with sunbathing areas directly below the apartment which is sunlit for most of the day.

LOUNGE, TERRACES & GROUNDS

This luxury penthouse apartment is situated over two floors, with Italian marble flooring, air-conditioning in all rooms and bedrooms. The spacious lounge is furnished to a high standard with modern stylish furniture with flexible seating arrangements, to ensure a memorable experience.
Full width glass doors from both the dining and main bedroom, full width, sun drenched terrace with a dining area for al-fresco meals, matching terrace lounge suite for relaxing & sun bed. Samsung 32" LCD TV with Bose Home Theatre System with satelite BBC, ITV, Spanish & many other European channels, plus CD & DVD player.
• On the upper terrace there are 4 adjustable quality sunbeds with cushions, matching side table, parasol, outdoor dining area and plunge pool. In addition there is a conservatory with 2 sets of panorimic sliding doors. Both terraces have wall lights.
• Lightweight folding aliminium loungers are provided for use by the community pool.
• There are many beaches in close proximity of the apartment. The beach just below the apartment can be accessed from the site through private gates on the line of the security fence, where you can walk down to the beach along the well worn paths. The other surrounding beaches within 10 minutes walk can be accessed by steps and paths. Each building has its own dedicated pool with underwater lighting.

KITCHEN

The kitchen has granite worktops, ceramic hob, eye level microwave/grill and fridge-freezer, leading to a utility room with sink and washer/dryer and clothes airer. Additionally, there are 6 lightweight chairs for use by the pool, pool towels provided.

• Bedroom 3 with mountain view, twin beds, comfortable, quality mattresses, bedside table with lamp, built-in wardrobe, wall mirror.
• All the beds have fine cotton sheets and duvets (in winter!) and pillows (2 per person).
• The spacious bedrooms have been decorated to a high standard with matching bed heads, covers and furnishings to create a warm luxurious finish for your comfort.

The apartment is located by a very private bay which can be accessed by the many boats and the energetic, who can enjoy the scuba diving and snorkling. The beach is ten minutes away and the marina is a further 5 minutes walk away where there are a good selection of bars and restaurants. The marina also offers scuba diving, sailing, boat hire and fishing.

SECURITY
Oasis Beach a secure resort with video entry to the apartments. It is reached through manned electronic gates, private underground parking is accessed by remote control and with multi-CCTV. Additionally, to ensure a good nights sleep, the apartment has acoustic soundproofing, heating, air-conditioning and the master bedroom has remote control security shutters. Our English agent-caretaker lives locally and is on hand to ensure your stay is trouble free. Extra maid service available.

CULTURE

A deposit of 30% is required on booking. The remaining balance, plus 300 Euro refundable security deposit is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is returned 10 days after departure less any deductions for losses.
A welcome pack is included and guests will be met by our local representative who will familiarise you with the apartment and surroundings.
What is provided: All bed linen, towels, beach towels washing up liquid, laundry wash/rinse, dishwasher tablets, bathroom toiletries as well as fresh milk, bread, butter, tea coffee & sugar. The dry goods include, flour, rice, pasta as well as a welcome pack.
Supplements apply: final clean 95 Euros. Baby’s items are available on request. Payments by bank transfer or cheque. Please contact the owner for further details.
Apartment will be available from 3.00pm on arrival and to be vacated by 11.00am on departure.
