Our spacious 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, corner apartment is situated in a peaceful, semi-residential area with only a
9 minute walk to the blue flag beach of La Mata.

Our apartment has a lovely large balcony with sea views and overlooks a communal swimming pool, which is surrounded by well-maintained gardens.

There are two lifts within the apartment building.

Although in a fairly quiet location, you are only 5 minutes walk away from local shops, bars, restaurants and also internet cafes! Torrevieja town is only a 5 minute drive or bus journey (which takes a bit longer!).

Perfectly located for the family beach holiday or the golf enthusiast as there are 3 championship golf courses within 15 minutes drive.

Lovely large corner balcony with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. Residents and guests only communal pool, open
01 June to 15 September when it is manned by a lifeguard. Well maintained gardens.

Coast/Beach:
Nearly all the beaches in Torrevieja have been awarded the Blue Flags, an endorsement of the cleanliness of the waters and beaches. At La Mata beach, reclaimed sand dunes now support a wonderful 3km boardwalk which you can walk along into La Mata itself. The Torrevieja area is spoilt for choice for beautiful beaches and pine covered coves.

Golf:
Villa Martin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas are 3 fabulous, championship golf courses within a 15 minute drive. They are all pay as you play and offer other facilities for non-golfers such as bar, restaurant, tennis and swimming pool. Don't forget to bring your handicap certificate if you wish to play.

Travel:
We are approx 35 mins drive from both Alicante and Murcia airports. Car hire is convenient, but not essential as the buses run frequently to Torrevieja town and Alicante from the nearby bus stop.

Distances:
Torrevieja town centre is a 20/25 min walk or 5 min drive. There are quite a few places of interest within an hours drive - Alicante (for shopping) to the north, Elche with it's palm trees, to the north west, Murcia to the south/west, historic Orihuela to the west & Cartegena to the south. Benidorm (north of Alicante) with it's Terra Mitica and Terra Natura Theme and Safari Parks are also about 1 hours drive.

Further details:
As well as golf there are an abundance of activities you can enjoy - water sports, horse riding, safari park, go-karting to name but a few. You can enjoy spotting the many species of birds whilst walking in the Nature Reserves of the 2 Salt lakes around La Mata & Torrevieja. If markets are your thing, a big, popular local market is held in Torrevieja town on a Friday. Other markets are held in nearby towns almost every other day of the week.
