This is a genuine Spanish country house set in an acre of olive, almond, fig and pine trees, in a beautiful valley 7 km from Lucena del Cid.
Fully renovated and modernised it has a sitting room, a large living room, dining room, kitchen, larder, utility room, 2 bathrooms (1 with jacuzzi bath and massage shower) and 4 bedrooms. Outside there is a covered patio and an open patio and a 5.5 metre diametre plungepool.
It is surrounded by beautiful countryside waiting to be explored using the extensive public footpaths and all the fun of the Spanish coast and its attractions at just 44km.
Nearby town fiestas all through August and the last week of September and the fiesta of St. Anthony in mid January.
Benicassim music festival the "FIB" is only 25 miles away and takes place in July.
The nearest airport is Valencia (approx. 75 mins). However Castellon airport is due to open this year with flights from Ryanair.
