This recently refurbished and extended luxury Los Molinos villa has one of the best positions in the Los Molinos community .Giving stunning uninterrupted views over the Mar Menor and Mediterranean seas, it is only 100 metres from the beautiful Los Molinos pool with its excellent pool restaurant serving tapas and quality meals and within a 4 minute walk of the shops and restaurants of Bellaluz Village. The villa is set in a lovely garden area of this picturesque community offering close and easy access from the parking area. Sun worshipers are catered for by 3 sun terraces offering all day sunshine. The lounge has wide folding doors opening onto the front balcony making an excellent summer living area.

* bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms + cot:
Both of the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning. The rooms can be made up as either double beds or single beds as required, Fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms with bedside tables and chest of drawers. The bedrooms are equipped with high quality linen, bedspreads and curtains.A small charge may be made by the management company if a cot is required.

* bathrooms: 1 bathroom + 1 ensuite bathroom:
Both bathrooms are fitted with wall heaters and heated towell en suite bathroom is fitted in marble with twin wash basins full sized bath and shower unit with glass door. The main bathroom has a large shower area with fitted washbasin in a marble setting

Well fitted kitchen with dishwasher granite worktops and twin steel sink unit.Washing machine is situated separately downstairs.

The recently refurbished and extended lounge area provides comforable accommodation and seating for up to 6 light airy room gives stunning views over the Mar Menor and Mediteranean seas with wide folding doors opening onto the front balcony creating a lovely summer living area. Equipped with airconditioning, ceiling fan as well as LCD TV,DVD player and Hi Fi recieves Sky and all UK terestial channels

The convient dinning area is equipped with a new extendable white dinning table with 4 matching chairs ( 2 additional matching chairs are available in the bedrooms if required.)
