CASA LOCKHART is a stunning 3 bedroom quality villa and is ideal for a truly relaxing and fabulous family holiday. Perfect for Golfing enthusiasts as you can easily stroll to the nearby Javea Golf Club.

You have private off road parking with electric bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

On entering the villa you walk into the large, beautifully furnished entrance hall which leads onto the luxurious and spacious, modern lounge area where you have top quality furniture, English satellite Flat screen television, DVD player etc. and adjacent to the lounge is the very modern, beautifully furnished dining room.

There are 2 twin bedrooms and a large double master bedroom with a spacious, fully tiled en-suite modern shower room. There is also a separate family shower room.

There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with all the amenities that you have come to expect including dishwasher and washing machine.

On leaving the lounge you enter a large, modern conservatory with sofas, chairs and dining table with views overlooking the terrace and pool area.

The crystal clear pool is 10x5 metre with under water lighting for those relaxing and cooling evening swims. There is also a shower unit by the pool and a seperate Barbecue Area.

Located close to the Spanish Village of Benitachell and a few minutes drive to either the beautiful Arenal beach at Javea or the comopolitan resort of Moraira.


The property is only 6-7 mins drive from the popular coastal resorts of JAVEA & MORAIRA where you can enjoy all the hustle and bustle and variety of activities that they have to offer.

Most beaches along the coast have received the prestigious European “Blue Flag” award for safety and cleanliness. There are many bars and restaurants offering top quality international cuisine.

Javea is a coastal town situated on the east coast of mid-Spain in the district of Valencia. The town has both Moorish and Roman connections and has grown from the original town on the hill beneath Mount Montgo (the local landmark) to include various districts which make up this holiday resort.

Javea Old Town is situated in the centre of Javea, with the main church and old covered market as its focal points. The Old Town has been refurbished in recent years and includes pedestrian areas with restaurants and shops.

Close to the centre are small lanes which lead to more modern areas. Near to the centre you will find a number of banks, the main post office and on Thursdays there is a town market which occupies the main car park to the north of the Old Town.

Javea Town is situated about a mile from Javea Port which lies below the Cabo de San Antonio. To the far end of the Port is the main marina which also includes a thriving commercial fishing centre. To the frontage of the port, adjacent to the pebble beach, are further pedestrian areas and many restaurants and shops for exploring. The final part that makes up the whole of Javea is the beach area, L’Arenal. The main beach is located virtually to the centre of Javea Bay and is positioned in a natural harbour.

The sandy beach is kept clean and includes volleyball courts and a childrens play area. The main attraction, apart from the sandy beach, is the wide pedestrian promenade which has a large variety of restaurants, generally of good quality, together with bars and shops. In the summer months, this promenade also includes an open air market every night which is a great attraction.


What makes Javea a most attractive place to spend a holiday is the fact that there are no sky-scraper buildings like most coastal resorts and it has therefore been able to retain its Spanish character.


Day trips in the area include Vergel Safari Park, Mundomar (exotic animal park), Aqualandia (water fun park) and for all the family a must visit is toTerra Mitica (theme park). Local sports include scuba diving, snorkelling, boat trips, jet skis and quad bikes.

The Moorish village of Guadalest, the Algar Falls and the caves at Benidoleig are also within easy reach. The local bodegas in Jalon are famous and are excellent places for wine tasting. For a special evening, visit the Benidorm Palace for dinner and a spectacular cabaret show. A car is, therefore, essential to enjoy your holiday.
