Enjoy the ocean views inside from almost every windows or outside from the sun terrace or from the shady naya beside the private 10 x 5m swimming pool. Cook your meal on the bbq while the kids are swimming in the pool. Air conditioning in the living area and the master bedroom, satellite tv and internet. Well equipped kitchen with new granite tops, new stell sink and exhaust and oven. Large living room with fireplace and dining area and sofas. There is a large veranda outside the living room (approx 20m2) where you have outside furniture to have meals overlooking the pool and the ocean.
You have three bedrooms downstairs and one bedroom upstairs. The two bedrooms downstairs have built in robes and fans as well as A/C in the master bedroom with ensuite with bath tub and shower and new marble on the double sinks. There are French doors opening up to the pool area from the two bedrooms downstairs. The master bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds and great for kids. The third bedroom downstairs is a converted storage room with a new glass door at the end of the room opening up to the pool and naya and it has a shower- and toilet room. This room has four bunk beds and perfect for kids. The fourth bedroom upstairs has two singlebeds put together with a shower-toilet across from the bedroom. Walking distance to bar and restaurant with a public pool. Many walking tracks and pricewinning blue flag beach 2km away. Ocean 500m away birds eye. Fantastic scenery with ocean and mountains. According to WHO one of the healthiest places in the world. The average temperature the whole year is 22 degrees.

Extras
On Cumbre Del Sol there is a horse riding centre and tennis courts. The tourist office offers free guided walks of the area in English and Spanish during the summer. Also in summer, pleasure boats sail between Cabo San Antonio and Denia up to 3 times a day. There are a number of activities for children in the Benidorm area which include Mundomar Marine Park, Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica 'historical' theme park. El Vergel safari park is 20 minutes north (near Denia) and also in the area are a number of go-karting tracks. Valencia City is well worth a visit for the Central Market, and the 'Oceanographic (spectacular aquarium) that forms part of the City of Arts and Sciences.
Within 10 minutes drive of the villa is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres and is easy to play and relatively flat. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is 15 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Within a half hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course has 18 holes, is par 72 and 7,051 metres. Near Benidorm you have the two new Real de Faula championship courses (long and short courses) which are also highly recommended.
Moraira is part of the municipality of Teulada, situated about four miles inland. In earlier times the centres of population were situated away from the coasts to offer some protection from marauding pirates and invaders - Romans, Moors, Berbers etc. Moraira developed as the fishing port for Teulada, and both the lookout tower (Torre-vigia) on Cap d'Or overlooking Moraira's El Portet beach, and the Castle are reminders of the past. In more recent times this quiet and peaceful fishing port has become a busy yet pleasant resort. Javea itself is a small, historic town , free of high rise buildings offering a relaxing holiday and contact with a friendly and forthcoming local population. Javea old town is steeped in history, with tosca stone porticoes, gothic bay windows, wrought iron window bars and balcony railings. The Arenal area is the commercial and tourist part of Javea.

Towels and linen are optional to rent for €5 per person. Please bring your own beach towels,thank you.

You need to clean the barbeque after yourself or there is a €50 fee to clean it.

A welcome pack is included in your rent and includes bread, butter, ham or salami, cheese, jam, milk, bottled water, seasonal fruit, tea, coffee and two bottles of local wine. Just make your arrival to Spain easier. We look forward to welcome you.
