This lovely Spanish style chalet is set in a quiet road amongst its own private walled garden on La Manga strip, a 22km stretch of land that is nestled between the Mediterranean sea and the warm waters of the Mar Menor. The Mar Menor is the largest salt water lake in Spain and its high salt and mineral content have been proven to be beneficial for people suffering from various complaints including arthritis.Spanish come from all over Spain to coat themselves in the nutrient rich mud and bathe in the soothing waters of the Mar Menor which is also extremely popular with water sports house is a spacious well laid out property that lends itself to entertaining. The walled private rear patio with its family sized Jacuzzi and BBq is a perfect place to relax or enjoy topping up your tan on the elevated sun terrace. There is also a private swimming pool in the front garden, a fabulous place to chill out if you fancy a break from the beach. The accommodation has a very spacious lounge with reclining leather sofas and chairs, offering english satelite television and DVD player where you can watch all your favourite movies in a cool airconditioned environment,the dining area is adjacent to the lounge and flows through to the modern kitchen,equipped with all appliances(including 2 dishwashers).Continuing from the kitchen is a W.C and shower room with laundry facilities. There are patio doors from the living area leading onto the back terrace and jacuzzi area. There are 4 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, three bathrooms, one of which is ensuite and an additional sitting room and a sofa bed. The property offers airconditioning in the main living areas and in two of the bedrooms.Beautifully maintained and decorated to a high standard this is the perfect place to enjoy your property is only a short walk(2 mins) to the beaches and bars and restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to the popular market town of Cabo de Palos, a picturesque quaint fishing village with lots of bars and bistros that offer fantastic “Al Fresco” dining. Cabo de Palos has a bustling night life with bar terraces full of people chatting,enjoying the warm Spanish weather,it is the best place to watch the sun go down whilst sipping a glass of rioja and watching the fishing boats return with their daily catch. On Sunday Cabo de Palos hosts Murcias largest open air market,a traditional market, packed with stalls selling everything from handmade bracelets to fresh fruit and vegetables. For those who like the night life La Manga strip is full of bars restaurants and discoteques and has buses that run every 10 minutes,connecting La Manga to the neighbouring villages and the historical cities of Cartagena and Murcia.
However if you decide to rent a car the world famous La Manga Golf Resort and Luxury spa is only a 10 minute drive away and a further 6 golf courses are all within a 30 minute drive.
