Our holiday home is located in the small town of Iznalloz near Granada City. It has a roof top patio and it includes heating and air conditioning. The home has a ground floor with lounge/diner, a kitchen fully fitted with all kitchen utensils, rear porch/sun terrace, hallway and stairs leading to first floor.

The first floor has 2 large double size bedrooms and a large bathroom that includes bath with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. A first floor landing and stairs leading to the second floor.

The second floor has a large landing/storage area and external door leading to a roof top patio that has outdoor furniture. From the patio there are views over the communal swimming pool, local mountains and countryside.

The home is fully furnished to accommodate 6 people and includes satellite TV with British Free-view and Spanish programmes.

Iznalloz Description:

Iznalloz is on the outskirts of Granada within 6 km of the A-44 motorway link.

The town includes all local amenities such as shops, small tapas bars, sports centre, post office, banks with ATM and public transport including bus service, train service and taxi service.

There is a bus service every 1 - 2 hours throughout the week to Granada City centre.

Activities Description:

From Iznalloz you may explore Granada City (20 minutes), Costa Tropical beaches (60 minutes) and local caves.
Granada Golf Course and boating lake with adjacent restaurant is only 15 minutes away.

The Alhambra Palace, overlooking Granada City, is Spains number one attraction and is only 30 minutes away from Iznalloz.

Another top attraction, for the winter months, is the ski resort at Sierra Nevada that is 50 minutes away and is open from December to May. There are also many spring and summer attractions in the surrounding area of Granada City including the Parque de las Ciencias (Interactive Games Science Park) in the City and Aquaola Water Park just on the outskirts.

We are Trevor & Barbara from the City of York, UK.
We have owned our holiday home in Iznalloz, Granada for over 3 years.
We enjoy our visits to our holiday home to go skiing at the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort, shopping and site seeing in the City of Granada and to the Costa Tropical for the Sea and Beach scene.
We find Iznalloz is a good base, has wonderful scenery, good road connections, a railway station, and has the necessary facilities we may require, including a weekly market.
