The Large communal large pool in private well maintained gardens is opposite your front terrace so a perfect location for all
Accommodation is spacious,fully equipped ,comfortably furnished and fully prepared for your stay .
The front garden, terrace over looking the pool leads to the lounge-diner then through to the fully equipped kitchen with a door to the back dining terrace ,private garden,BBQ.
....The stairs from the lounge leads down to the large shower room and storage and up to 3 bedrooms and bathroom
....The stairs then leads up to the large roof terrace to sunbathe or admire the sought after views of the Old town Castle and harbour,Sea or over the Serra Natural Park.
An ideal holiday for couples and families seeking tranquil and relaxng surroundings but with all amenities close by.

There is a choice of seating areas in your private garden,roof solarium , bedroom balconies.

There is a garage plus a car park bay at the villa .
An Ideal Winter to Summer location .
Although this is No Air con ,electric fans are provided but the cooling sea breeze is always welcome and all the bedrooms have patio doors with shutters .
For the cooler Winter evenings this a log fire and electric heaters .
It is less than a 10min. walk to Sea, nearest bar,restaurant where Wifi connection is available.

The constant mild climate of this area makes for an ideal all year holiday destination.

The costs for dining out and groceries are excellent and many people recommend the menu of the day on offer in each restaurant -where a 3 course meal with a drink,/bottle of wine , water and coffee is from 8 euros per person.

The Award winning beaches of Peniscola offer watersports, children's activities,parasols,sunloungers as well as scenic boat trips.
Peniscola has a working fishing -harbour and you can hire a boat to go fishing,buy fish fresh off the boats when they return each afternoon or enjoy a scenic trip around the bays.
The "Old town" of Peniscola is known as the" City in the sea "steeped in history ,fabulous viewing points,cobbled pedestrian only streets and lined with bars,restaurants and unique shops to explore by day or enjoy the live music.

The sand.shingle coves 10mins. walk away are great for fishing,sunbathing or snorkelling and the Serra dirta has a spectacular coastline popular with walkers, cyclists or enjoy a swim in the crystal clear sea.
The tourist board information is located in the centre of Peniscola and the helpful staff will give you additional guidance to ensure you enjoy your stay in Spain.

A hourly bus service to Peniscola cost 1 euro ...Easter then June -October 1

The villa is great and the best location for us to lie by the pool in peace and quiet and for our Teeenagers to walk into town!

We have had a great 3 week holiday .The weather was great but maybe to hot at times !
The children did not want to move from the pool but loved the North beach by day and night.
We loved the Old town and the stunning beaches and scenery of the serra dirta.
Had a day trip to Morella,Barcelona and a weekend in Valencia.
Definitely recommend you to family and friends
