This fully furnished luxury first floor apartment has a large living dining area, one double bedroom with en-suite, one twin bedroom, main bathroom, kitchen with separate utility room and two large balconies.
The living room dining area is furnished to a very high standard, has couch that can be converted to a double bed, satellite TV, and has both air conditioning and ceiling fans. Sliding doors open out to a large balcony with beautiful views of the Punta Entinas Nature Reserve and the sea beyond. The balcony is furnished with patio table and chairs.
The main bedroom has en-suite with shower, toilet and wash hand basin, a king size bed and wardrobe with ample storage space, this room also opens out to balcony overlooking nature reserve and the sea.
The second bedroom has twin beds and large double wardrobe.
There is a small folding bed (optional for third child) in the twin bedroom, this may be used instead of the sofa bed in the living room.
The separate fully fitted kitchen includes hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The utility room has a sink, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The main bathroom has a full bath with shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet.
Bed Linen and towels are provided, also beach towels.
Hair Dryer is also provided.
Development offers beautiful gardens, swimming pool, (open mid June to mid September) paddle tennis, football court and childrens playground.
Beach is only a 10 minute walk away, and has a Beach Bar that also serves food. A short stroll along the promenade will bring you into the marina.
Sunbeds are available for hire on the beach.
The apartment overlooks the Punta Entinas Natural Park where more that 200 bird species live. The nature reserve periodically receives migrations of birds between Europe and Africa.
Horse riding is available from the stables at the entrance to the Natural Park.
There is a 27 hole golf course in Almerimar a couple of minutes drive from the complex or 15 minute walk. Clubs, trolleys and buggies are available for hire. Playa Serena Golf at Roquetas de Mar is only a twenty minute drive away and La Envia Golf is a thirty minute drive.
The Sierra Nevada Ski Resort is about a two to two and a half hour drive, where skiing is available from November to March.
Roquetas de Mar a twenty minute drive, has a water park.
Almerimar with its picturesque marina, has many bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, it also has an excellent Mercadona supermarket for those who wish to self cater.
The marina has all the services you would need, chemist shop, medical centre, bank dispensers, internet cafe, hair dressers, beauticians etc.
There is a large shopping centre just a 10 minute drive away or by local bus to El Ejido
The nearest airport is ALMERIA AIRPORT, about 40 minutes drive to Almerimar.
