This new Spanish villa offers you uniterrupted sea views that can be enjoyed from both inside and outside the villa, although the best place to enjoy them is from the infinity pool and the tropical garden and relaxation areas that surround the pool. The covered area with a chill-out bed is the ideal place to escape from the sun and to enjoy a siesta! Al fresco dining is very easy with the built in barbeque and outdoor kitchen. The villa faces south so it enjoys sun all day long. After a week or two here, you won´t want to leave this little piece of paradise!

This Spanish villa called "El Palacete" (meaning the little palace) was designed and built with extreme care and attention to the detail & has all of the elements of a modern, high tech home. It is illuminated in the evening so it is as pretty at night as it is by day. There are automatic sun blinds, mosquito screens on the windows and a double garage.

Villa El Palacete is located in a prestigious & well cared urbanization above the Spanish town of Salobrena, on the Costa Tropical of Granada. This unspoilt region has preserved its Spanish character and is by far less touristic than the Costa del Sol. There is easy access from Malaga, Granada or Almeria airports. There are many things to do in the area: the historic city of Granada and its famous Alhambra Palace, the Alpujarras with its small mountain villages, Almunecar with its markets and Roman ruins, La Herradura with its beautiful harbour, Malaga, Nerja with its underground caves... You won't get bored!

Layout of the villa:
- From the road, you descend one flight of stairs to enter into the villa. At the entry level there are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin room), each with their own bathroom. There is access to a large terrace, where you can enjoy the spectacular views to the sea and the hillside. The spacious, luxurious master bathroom has a walk in shower and a large round Jacuzzi with a skylight above it so you can see the stars.
- Downstairs is the main living area of the villa. The living room and dining room are combined. There are large windows and French doors here so you can enjoy the views to the sea, the garden and the pool area. Off of the lounge is a wrap around covered porch perfect to enjoy the shade.
The eat in kitchen also has access to the covered porch and pool area and is close to the barbeque area, which is very convenient for outdoor dining. There is also a utility room with a washing machine.
- At the level of the road (yet with no visibility to the road or noise) there is an amazing double bedroom with extraordinary sea views, cathedral wood paneled ceiling and an ensuite bathroom.

Entertainment: Flat screen TV, Satellite TV, DVD, radio, CD player, books.

General: Linen and towels provided weekly, including beach towels.
